While we aim to provide punctual service, delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or other events beyond our control may occur. We will always make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption.
Vehicle Substitution
In rare cases, we may need to replace the booked vehicle with a similar or upgraded vehicle due to operational requirements, maintenance, or availability.
Smoking, Food & Cleanliness
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Food and drink policies may vary depending on the booking. Excessive mess or damage may incur cleaning charges.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses, missed flights caused by insufficient booking time, personal belongings left in vehicles, or delays outside our reasonable control.
